Based in Staffordshire, we have been organising events locally and across the UK, for over 10 years. From high-profile events involving hundreds of people, to corporate days out and family celebrations, you can relax and enjoy yourself, knowing that you are in safe hands.

COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING

During our planning session, I’ll get to know the purpose behind your event, the benefits that you want it to bring and discuss with you how to get the most from it. I’ll listen to your ideas and vision, suggest options to suit your budget and then provide you with a cost proposal.

EVENT CONSULTATION

As the event manager, I can coordinate all of the required logistical roles, from booking the venue or tickets, organising hire of resources such as marquees, gazebos, chair covers, decorations, food / beverage options, musicians and DJ’s etc, transport and more!

What an absolute star Gary was for Fradley Parish Council. It was our first time running a Christmas event and we’d hoped we had everything in place but weren’t sure we had all avenues covered. Gary stepped in as a consultant to support our community event. He provided advice on all the forms and notices required by the council, made suggestions for crowd safety. We were able to hire items from him for guest refreshments. On the evening he was there checking everything and following up with the councillors and the Parish Clerk to ensure everything was under control. He is excellent and l, for us, it was very reassuring to have a professional check everything and ensure a lovely event and everyone’s safety. We will be using him again for Christmas Light Switch on again in 2026. With grateful thanks from The Clerk and councillors of Fradley Parish Council.

Cathedral to Castle is my favourite run of the year. Well organised and I especially enjoyed the sea of pink shirts that greeted me at the finish line this year. That last km around the castle grounds is a tough one but the crowd keeps you going at that point. This is a linear run and so the organisation from the coach drop-off, bag drop and the collection has to be spot-on, which it is. The bag collection is so secure too - nobody can take it unless your running number is clearly shown. It’s no wonder that this 10 miler sells out so quickly - road, trail and familiar faced marshals that know the course makes it a challenging but relaxing and rewarding run. Already looking forward to the next one!

Gary of Seventeen43 organised my 50th Birthday party, sourcing the Venue, Bar, Band and Catering. Great organisation and communication from start to finish. On the day everything ran smooth. All parties arrived early, set up with no input required and brilliant to deal, cleaned up afterwards so nothing to do but enjoy the party! Gary was Ronseal did exactly what he said he would. In today's world that is very rare. Great value for money and will defiantly use again for other functions. Thank you Gary.

Recently took part in the Cathedral to Castle 10 mile run and it was fantastic. The whole event was really well put together; marshals throughout the route, multiple water stations, and great atmoshpere. Would highly reccommend. Thanks to all involved.

First time entering this run and I found it really enjoyable. The route was not what I expected, but it is as it says, all terrain. It is, however, very scenic, with encouraging marshals and spectators at points cheering runners on. There is a brilliant atmosphere at the end, together with an immense sense of satisfaction. Well done to the organisation team.
