Juniper Training Limited are a experienced provider who offer Traineeships and Apprenticeships – delivering training solutions to individuals and businesses in Wolverhampton and across the Midlands. Although Juniper have been well established in their industry for many years, they had never held an Apprenticeship Awards evening celebrating the successful apprenticeships in their business, and in their words “didn’t know where to start“.
With only 3 months to deliver the Awards evening from scratch, initial conversations were held with budgets declared and venue preferences discussed. It was clear that Juniper had previously celebrated evening at Walsall Football Club and made this venue their choice if possible. Seventeen43 arranged a site visit, discussed number of attendees and choice of room, arranged for a deposit to be paid to secure the room and then contacted a range of close business associates for quotes to ensure it will all be delivered with trusted partners and all in line with budget expectations. Additional quotes were sourced for Trophies, pop up banners and other promotional goodies and regular meeting were held with Juniper team to ensure they were fully aware of progress throughout the 3 months with regular budget spend updates. Final preparations were provided with a structure to the evening and timings to ensure the Awards evening remained the focus for the night.
On the day of the event Seventeen43 were first to arrive, setting up the room and being point of contact for all arrivals and deliveries. Final decisions were made with lighting and stage options considered and shared with key Juniper staff for approval. Finally the evening arrived and went extremely smoothly, finishing on time. The feedback from all attendees was excellent night was had by all and Juniper have asked Seventeen43 to organise the 2024 Apprenticeship Awards event.
