What is involved at the planning stage?
As the business owner and event manager, I’ll be your point of contact throughout.
During our planning session, I’ll get to know the purpose behind your event, the benefits that you want it to bring and discuss with you how to get the most from it. I’ll listen to your ideas and vision, suggest options to suit your budget and then provide you with a cost proposal.
Using our knowledge and experience, we work with individuals, businesses, charities and local authorities, to organise large and small-scale events, planning the perfect, personalised event for you and your budget. Bringing people together to have fun and make memories, is at the heart of everything we do.
EVENT CONSULTATION
As the event manager, I take care of the logistics – booking the venue or tickets, organising resources such as marquees, gazebos, chair covers, decorations, food/beverage options, musicians and DJ’s, etc, transport including coach or mini-bus hire and anything else you need. You can be confident that everything will run like clockwork.
Event safety, logistics and legislation – Safety is my biggest priority. Having project-managed large council events, as well as sporting dinners, awards ceremonies, corporate days out and private parties, I follow all current government guidelines and policies regarding health and safety, risk assessment and the protection of vulnerable people.
Being proactive and pre-planning (rather than reactive) ensures that any unexpected challenges on the day, from inclement weather to unscheduled road closures, can be managed and overcome.
On the day I’m the first to arrive and last to leave. As the point of contact, I manage the logistics of moving suppliers and attendees around the site and keep the event moving smoothly.
